Chicago Anytime Assistants is available to help you accomplish your everyday tasks ranging from running errands, office work, concierge and appointment management and in-home services such as waiting for deliveries or overseeing service repairs. We will act as your personal assistant, meaning, you name the task and we will do it. No task is too small or too large.

Not many people are in the position to hire a full-time assistant, and there are many hassles and risks in hiring part-time help. We are a unique service in that we are able to operate around your schedule and are flexible—you can book dedicated time with us or just contact us when you require services.

We offer superior customer service and hire only the most capable service professionals. We are also fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection and we keep all our clients’ personal information completely confidential.

We charge a flat $45 per hour for nearly all services.

No, not in the city. Our fees are hourly and straightforward. There are no hidden charges.

For service in our North Shore coverage area, standard IRS mileage rate of $0.51 cents/mile will be assessed.

No. Competing services often charge a yearly membership fee on top of their hourly services but we believe in charging you only for services and not piling on additional fees.

We will establish at our initial consultation whether you prefer to set a weekly appointment or request services as-needed. We understand that trust and efficiency are the cornerstones of our business. Employees are chosen based on their prior work history in a client service field, educational level, knowledge of the Chicagoland area and commitment to customer service. Each employee undergoes a background and security check. Chicago Anytime Assistants is fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection.
After our initial consultation, we will do our best to match you with the appropriate person based on your needs and availability. And you have the option to meet and approve anyone that is providing service in your home.
Clients who choose to work with us during a reoccurring appointment will have tasks handled that day. All other requests will be completed within 48 hours. Same-day/”rush” services are provided “as available.”
We bill by the hour with a two-hour minimum for your first service. Services are billed in 15-minute increments thereafter. CAA fronts all of your purchases and expenses (such as groceries, dry cleaning, etc) and they are billed along with your hourly rate.
We require a credit card be kept on file, but CAA pays upfront for all purchases and bills twice monthly via PayPal for our hourly services and purchases. Personal checks are also accepted. A charge will only be made to your card if your PayPal payment is not received.
Yes, hourly packages expire within 90 days of purchase. Gift certificates also expire within one year of purchase.
Office Hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. After hours, holiday and weekend rates are offered as available and rates vary.

As part of our client agreement, we are subject to this Privacy Policy which ensures we will treat all of your personal information and property appropriately.

We believe that trust should be earned, not automatically given. That is why we do not require clients to give us house and car keys—they are given to us at the discretion of each client.

We require 24 hours notice if you are canceling or re-scheduling an appointment. Notification may be done via e-mail or telephone. If notification is not received, we reserve the right to charge you for the full amount of time scheduled.
Chicago Anytime Assistants will not perform any service that is illegal, unethical or that poses unnecessary danger to any person or property. CAA further reserves the right to decline any request at its sole discretion.
