Expiration Dates
Hourly packages expire within one year of purchase. Gift certificates also expire within year of purchase.
Business Hours
Office Hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Voice mail messaging is available 24 hours a day. After hours, holiday and weekend rates are offered as available at an additional $10/hour.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice if you are canceling or re-scheduling an appointment. Notification may be done via e-mail or telephone. If notification is not received, we reserve the right to charge you for the full amount of time scheduled.
Limits on Services Provided
Chicago Organized Home will not perform any service that is illegal, unethical or that poses unnecessary danger to any person or property. COH further reserves the right to decline any request at its sole discretion.
Privacy
Your personal information is safe and secure. Chicago Organized Home does not give out personal information to third parties. Click here for our Privacy Policy. As part of our client agreement, we are subject to this Privacy Policy which ensures we will treat all of your personal information and property appropriately.
